Since the completion of our Oak Creek facility in the fall of 2022, we have steadily grown our capacities and capabilities as a trusted provider of Bacillus-based solutions. In 2024, we announced that our growth had given us the opportunity to expand our footprint once more in the city of Franklin, WI.
Our newest 117,000-square-foot facility provides us with the necessary space to further our fermentation, freeze drying, and spray drying capabilities. The completed expansion gives us a total annual fermentation capacity of 22 million liters across multiple facilities. Our new space allows us to serve customers even more effectively as we work toward our mission to Feed, Clean, Save the World.
“We are continuing to answer the call for sustainable solutions to the world’s largest problems,” said Sona Son, MDG’s VP of Operations, of the expansion when it was first announced. “Adding this new facility’s fermentation and drying capacity will increase our capability to grow and manufacture environmentally safer microbial products.”
